Cidgaganacandrika 128-129 [Raudryadi Kala, Shambhavya, Samvitkrama], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. The Cidgagana-candrika is an important Tantric work belonging to the Krama system of Kashmir Shaivism. Written by Kalidasa (Shrivatsa) in 312 Sanskrit verses, it deals with the knowledge regarding both the Macrocosmic and Microcosmic phenomena

ज्ञानदीधितिषु रौद्रदीधितेर्मन्त्रदीधितिषु वामयोदितम् �
योगदीधितिषु जृम्भतेऽम्बिका ज्येष्ठयैवमथ शक्तिदीधिते� � १२� �
देव्यभेदितकलाचतुष्टय� शम्भुदीधितिषु दीप्यत� स्वर� �
तत्स्थितिस्त्वमप� वर्णभेदिनी मङ्गले वहसि यत्प्रधानताम� � १२� �jñānadīdhitiṣu raudradīdhitermantradīdhitiṣu vāmayoditam |
yogadīdhitiṣu jṛmbhate'mbikā jyeṣṭhayaivamatha śaktidīdhite� || 128 ||
devyabheditakalācatuṣṭayā śambhudīdhitiṣu dīpyate svara� |
tatsthitistvamapi varṇabhedinī maṅgale vahasi yatpradhānatām || 129 ||

The four types of Siddhas�

Create the four 첹 Śپ who is beyond the s shines as - svara in the fifth Ś峾[1] state.
At emphirical level, ñԲm refers to worldly Knowledge; Mantra is the Āٳ that is the effect of the rise of Pada and Artha; When Āٳ is at self-realised state then it is ѱ貹; At this self-realised state when there is containment of then it is Śٲ; when this state of self and that of awareness of Ś merge then it is the state of Ś峾.
At the Cosmic level, ʰś, Ś is of the nature of a calm ocean and enjoys the ٲԳٰⲹśپ, վś as his ԲԻ岹śپ-anubhava. From this state arise the Śپs which are called Ś峾ⲹ�. When there is a slight throb and Ś is ready to act, then it is the state of Śٲ-. When there is the feeling of Union of these two, then it is ѱ貹-ܰṇa. When there are series of waves, then there arises the Mantra-Unmesa.
When like Candrodaya, which increases the tidal activity, there is complete shaking then arises the ñԲsiddha-Udaya.
- ñԲsiddha are to be considered as form of Prameya;
- Mantrasiddha are to be considered as form as ʰṇa;
- ѱ貹siddha are to be considered as form as ʰ�—the self, Āٳ;
- Śٲsiddha are to be considered as form as Śܻ-�.
- Ś峾siddha are to be considered as form as the Samvit with absolute freedom in the ʲ峾ś ṭṭ첹 state.
Thus the combination of the Siddhas of ṛn岹 and the Pañcavāha Śپs reflect the Samvit krama consisiting of the five phases of actions on the part of Ś viz.,
峦 catuṣṭayamapi Śپrūpatvāt kalāśabdena āgameśu vyavahriyante
Arising out of ñԲsiddha, Raudri represents the śپ expressed as ղī vac. Subtle Mantrasiddha brings forth the 峾śakti representing śپ, who vomits the manifestation impregnated in her, hence called 峾. 峦 at this level is ʲśⲹԳī. Yoga, (ѱ貹) siddha give rise to the evershining who represents ʲ屹. վśśakti equivalent to Śٲsiddha, represents ñԲśakti to occupy the Ѳⲹ of 峦. When all these unite then it is the Ś峾 state, where Śپ leaving her form of ṛk, takes the formless state of A-kara represented by Bindu. This is the ṃh krama for attaining the source of manifestation. In the ṛṣṭikrama the whole process gets reversed.
