1) The Network (of past actions) by the Sanskrit term Karma-J膩la, according to the Amanaska Yoga treatise dealing with meditation, absorption, yogic powers and liberation.鈥擜ccordingly, as 莫艣vara says to V膩madeva: 鈥淸...] [The Yogin] will obtain liberation by cutting with the razor of the no-mind [state] the tough cord of the three Gu峁嘺s that binds the self. Just as everything disappears [from view] as the sun sets, so, the whole network of [past] actions (办补谤尘补-箩腻濒补) dissolves into the no-mind [state]. [...]鈥�.

2) The Network (of sense objects) is denoted by the Sanskrit term Vi峁ya-J膩l膩, according to the Bh膩峁a (commentary) on the P膩ta帽jalayoga艣膩stra (i.e., The Yoga S奴tras of Pata帽jali).鈥擜ccordingly: 鈥淵oga is not perfected by one who does not practise Tapas. Impurity, which is of various kinds because of beginningless Karma, affliction and habitual tendencies and because of which the network of sense objects (惫颈峁测补-箩腻濒腻) stands opposed [to Yoga], is not weakened without Tapas. Thus, the mention of Tapas [in the root text]鈥�.
