The second typeâ€�ekatvavitarka–must be understood to be free from shifting or oscillationâ€�a±¹Ä«³¦Äå°ù²¹. This is the purport. The firstâ€�±èá¹›t³ó²¹°ì³Ù±¹²¹±¹¾±³Ù²¹°ù°ì²¹â€“is associated with both, scriptural knowledgeâ€�vitarka, and shiftingâ€�±¹Ä«³¦Äå°ù²¹. The secondâ€�ekatvavitarka–is associated with scriptural knowledgeâ€�vitarka, but not with shiftingâ€�±¹Ä«³¦Äå°ù²¹.
