We can find some technical terms of politics like 诲奴迟补, kara, 惫测奴丑补, d奴rga, cara, 峁Ｄ佱笉驳耻峁噛补, mantra, 补尘腻迟测补, 惫颈箩颈驳墨峁�u king etc. along with the knowledge of his ancient scriptures in the 艢颈艣耻辫腻濒补惫补诲丑补.

First chapter is concept of 惫颈箩颈驳墨峁�u king. Who should apply 峁Ｄ佱笉驳耻峁噛补, three 艣补办迟颈蝉 Siddhis and udayas to compel other kings to be taxpayers. He aware of four expedients friend and foe, should perform his duty doing consult with the ministers.

Second chapter is activities of ambassador (诲奴迟补) and 补尘腻迟测补. From the title 诲奴迟补 蝉补峁僾腻诲补 of the sixteenth canto it is clear that 惭腻驳丑补 had clear conception about this. The 惭补苍耻蝉补峁僪颈迟腻 and the 础谤迟丑补艣腻蝉迟谤补 recognised 诲奴迟补, 补尘腻迟测补 as important hands of a king.

Third chapter discussed 峁Ｄ佱笉驳耻峁噛补 which is represented by the words 峁Ｄ佱笉驳耻峁噛补, 驳耻峁嘺, 测腻苍补, vyay膩ma. The 惭补苍耻蝉补尘丑颈迟腻 and the 础谤迟丑补艣腻蝉迟谤补 discussed about this.

Sixth chapter discusses proper time for war, arrangement of array, principles of soldiers. According to Manu and 碍补耻峁璱濒测补 king should march when the enemy is weak and in calamity.

In the 艢颈艣耻辫腻濒补惫补诲丑补 we get this in the 叠补濒补谤腻尘补鈥檚 opinion. 惭腻驳丑补 used sarvatobhadra, 驳辞尘奴迟谤颈办腻 array which are divisions of mandala and bhoga array according to 碍补耻峁璱濒测补. Fleeing soldiers should not be striken is said 18.18 verse of the epic. According to Manu here war policy is maintained. In the terms like pointed shield and bladed arrow are used in the 艢颈艣耻辫腻濒补惫补诲丑补.

If such arrows are used the principles of war would be broken which is prescribed by Manu and 碍补耻峁璱濒测补. It is obvious that mentioning the word parvata 惭腻驳丑补 accepted the opinion of Manu and 碍补耻峁璱濒测补 that the hill fort is the best.
