To serve different purpose of livehood several rooms should be constructed in the main building. It is prescribed that 鈥�补苍苍补辫谤腻艣补苍补-驳峁沨补鈥� (dining room) can be placed at the square of 膧谤测补 , Indra and Savindra. The room specified to study the Veda (峁�r补产补峁嘺) should be built at the square of Vivasvant. The marriage ceremony hall (惫颈惫腻丑补) takes place on the square of Mitra. The room for 办峁�a耻谤补 (hair cutting) should be placed at the square of Indrajaya, 痴腻测耻 and soma. Finance (惫测补测补峁� copanaya) room is to be built on 笔颈迟峁�, 顿补耻惫腻谤颈办补 and jala square. The plot Sugala and Puspadanta are suitable for the dwelling of women鈥檚 confinement (pras奴ti驳峁沨补). The square 膧pavata is suitable for cistern (箩补濒补蝉补峁僩谤补) and the water tank of the building must be placed on the square of 膧pa.

The distribution of rooms for several appurtenances is also found in the 惭腻苍补蝉腻谤补, though with some little diversions. Here we present two different charts depending on the information of Mayamata and 惭腻苍补蝉腻谤补.
