This page relates ‘Vibhaktivilasa of Mangalesha� of the study on the Vasudevavijaya of Vasudeva from the 11th century A.D. The Vasudevavijayam is an educational poem belonging to the Shastra-Kavya category of technical Sanskrit literature. The Vasudevavijayam depicts in 657 verses the story of Lord Krishna while also elucidates the grammatical rules of the Ashtadhyayi of Panini (teaching the science of grammar). The subject-content of the poem was taken from the tenth Skandha of the Bhagavatapurana.

The ³Õ¾±²ú³ó²¹°ì³Ù¾±±¹¾±±ôÄå²õ²¹ is a ÅšÄå²õ³Ù°ù²¹°ìÄå±¹²â²¹ written by ²Ñ²¹á¹…g²¹±ô±ðÅ›²¹ of Naá¹imaṇá¹i. The work comprises 31 stanzas and it eulogize King Vijayavarman of PÅ«sapÄá¹i[1]. In these verses the author illustrates Paninian rules related to declensional endings. The author has written an auto commentary called ¶Ù²¹°ù±è²¹á¹‡a on this work.
These are the important ÅšÄå²õ³Ù°ù²¹°ìÄå±¹²â²¹s in India. Amongst, only few of them are studied in detail. Some of them are still in the form of manuscript. It will be a great contribution to the grammatical world of Sanskrit when they are published.
