Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 2.4.165:

Although 󲹲’s wonderful potency, which establishes this difference and nondifference, is beyond logic, His unalloyed devotees still experience the mystery of this power completely.

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

As all of Śrī 󲹲’s pastimes are directed by His inconceivable potency, which is beyond logic and beyond description, they are practically impenetrable. Nevertheless, by the special mercy of the Lord, the secret nature of that inconceivable potency manifests in the hearts of His unalloyed devotees. Śrī explains this in this verse beginning with ܰٲ. He says, “󲹲 Śrī ṛṣṇa’s extraordinary power of Supreme Lordship is inconceivable (ܰٲ). Because it is absolutely astounding, it cannot be determined by logic and rationalization (tarka).

Gopa-ܳ might question, “How can one obtain bhakti without first receiving special knowledge of that potency?

岹 replies, “The secret of that potency is inconceivable for others, but it manifests automatically in the hearts of His unalloyed devotees. Those who take shelter of the devotees of the Lord with full faith, obtain unalloyed devotion and are able to fathom this mysterious potency. Then, gradually, supported by this faith, their one-pointed bhakti becomes ever stronger.
