: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationłŐ˛šÂá°ů˛šąôžąáš g˛š (ाŕ¤ŕĽŕ¤°ŕ¤˛ŕ¤żŕ¤ŕĽŕ¤�) refers to a âliáš ga made of diamondâ�, according to the ĹivapurÄáša 2.1.12, where the Devas and Viᚣášu requested ViĹvakarman for liáš gas for the achievement of the desires of all people:ââ[...] at our bidding ViĹvakarmÄ made liáš gas and gave them to the devas according to their status. [...] Goddess LakᚣmÄŤ took a crystal liáš ga. The Ädityas (the twelve suns) took liáš gas made of copper. The moon took a liáš ga made of pearl and the god of fire (VibhÄvasu) took a liáš ga of diamond (łŐ˛šÂá°ů˛šąôžąáš g˛š). [...] Thus different kinds of liáš gas were given to them by ViĹvakarmÄ which the devas and the celestial sages worship regularly. After giving the devas the various liáš gas from a desire for their benefit, Viᚣášu explained the mode of worship of Ĺiva to me, BrahmÄâ�.
