Shaktism (Shakta philosophy)
: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramUdyotita (उदà¥à¤¯à¥‹à¤¤à¤¿à¤¤) refers to “illuminatingâ€� (i.e., the union of Åšiva and Åšakti) according to the KubjikÄnityÄhnikatilaka: a derative text drawing from Tantras and other sources such as the á¹¢aá¹sÄhasrasaṃhitÄ.—Accordingly, Trivikrama is the birth-name of µþ³ó²¹¾±°ù²¹±¹Ä«Å›²¹â€”one of the Nine NÄthas who propagated the Western Transmission noted in the KubjikÄ Tantras. The KubjikÄnityÄhnikatilaka describes the extraordinary events that inspired his “famed namesâ€�: Trivikrama was called VyomÄnandanÄtha because when he was in the city of KanyÄkubja he stopped the movement of the sun and fixed it in the sky for twelve days. He was called UdayÄnanada because he illuminated (udyotita) Kaula, that is, the union of Åšiva and Åšakti. He was called KiraṇÄnandanÄtha because on another occasion he concealed the rays of the sun.
