Accordingly, the cittacakra refers to one of the three divisions of the ²Ō¾±°ł³¾Äåį¹a-±č³Üį¹a (āemanation layerā�), situated in the ±į±š°ł³Ü°ģ²¹³¾²¹į¹įø²¹±ō²¹. The 36 pairs of įøÄkinÄ«s [viz., °Õ²¹¾±±ō²¹±č²¹³¦Ä«] and VÄ«ras are black in color; they each have one face and four arms; they hold a skull bowl, a skull staff, a small drum, and a knife.
