: academia.edu: Tessitori Collection I (hinduism)S奴rs膩gar represents a collection of stories attributed to S奴rd膩s: the author of the Rukama峁嚹玽iv膩halo (classified as Medieval Hindi literature), the latter being included in the collection of manuscripts at the 鈥榁incenzo Joppi鈥� library, collected by Luigi Pio Tessitori during his visit to Rajasthan between 1914 and 1919.鈥� The closest text to the Rukama峁嚹玽iv膩halo is a version called 鈥�Rukma峁嚹玧墨 ko by膩valoin h膩峁沘ut墨鈥�: a folk story which is often sung by women on the occasion of wedding. [...] Apart from K峁涐梗峁嘺 padas of the S奴r-S膩gar a number of purportedly independent works are attributed to S奴rd膩s. they are mainly unpublished. In the S奴rs膩gar the story of K峁涐梗峁嘺, Rukmi峁嚹� and 艢i艣up膩la is present, although not prominent: see S奴rs膩gar (ed. nanddul膩re V膩jpey墨, Banaras, VS 2018) nos. 4786-4807, but this manuscript is different.
