ṃhūԳٲⲹ (सिंहपूर्वान्तकायता) or ṃhūԳٲⲹ refers to “a torso like a lion’s� and represents the eighteenth of the “thirty-two marks of a great man� (ṣaṇa) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 83). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., ṃh-ūԳٲ-ⲹ). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
