Mahayana (啶す啶距く啶距え, mah膩y膩na) is a major branch of Buddhism focusing on the path of a Bodhisattva (spiritual aspirants/ enlightened beings). Extant literature is vast and primarely composed in the Sanskrit language. There are many 蝉奴迟谤补蝉 of which some of the earliest are the various Praj帽膩p膩ramit膩 蝉奴迟谤补蝉.
Tibetan Buddhism (Vajrayana or tantric Buddhism)

The Six Dharmas [峁岣峝丑补谤尘补] are a collection of Tantric Buddhist completion stage practices drawn from the Buddhist Tantras. They are intended to lead to Buddha-hood in an accelerated manner. They traditionally require Tantric initiation and personal instruction through working with a Tantric Guru as well as various preliminary practices. The Six Dharmas [峁岣峝丑补谤尘补] work with the subtle body, particularly through the generation of inner heat (tummo) energy.
The most widely used list of six Dharmas (峁岣峝丑补谤尘补) in the work of the Kagyu school figure Gampopa conforms to the following list:
- tummo (Tibetan: 嘟傕綇嘟脆綐嗉嬥綐嘟监紜, Wylie: gtum mo; Sanskrit: 肠补峁囜笉腻濒墨) 鈥� the Yoga of inner heat (or mystic heat).
- 枚蝉别濒 (Tibetan: 嘟犩郊嘟戉紜嘟傕溅嘟｀紜, Wylie: od gsal; Sanskrit: 辫谤补产丑腻蝉惫补谤补) 鈥� the Yoga of clear light, radiance or luminosity.
- milam (Tibetan: 嘟⑧鲸嘟侧紜嘟｀綐嗉�, Wylie: rmi lam; Sanskrit: 蝉惫补辫苍补诲补谤艣补苍补) 鈥� the Yoga of the dream state.
- 驳测耻濒眉 (Tibetan: 嘟︵緬嗑编酱嗉嬥剑嘟脆溅, Wylie: sgyu lus; Sanskrit: 尘腻测腻办腻测腻) 鈥� the Yoga of the illusory body.
- bardo (Tibetan: 嘟栢舰嗉嬥綉嘟�, Wylie: bar do; Sanskrit: 补苍迟补谤腻产丑补惫补) 鈥� the Yoga of the intermediate state.
- phowa (Tibetan: 嘟犩綍嘟监紜嘟栢紜, Wylie: pho ba; Sanskrit: 蝉补峁僰谤腻苍迟颈) 鈥� the Yoga of the transference of consciousness to a pure Buddha-field.
Tibetan Buddhism includes schools such as Nyingma, Kadampa, Kagyu and Gelug. Their primary canon of literature is divided in two broad categories: The Kangyur, which consists of Buddha鈥檚 words, and the Tengyur, which includes commentaries from various sources.
