He becomes the same as Rudra. [He who possesses the] same longevity, strength, beauty, and power as [Rudra] (谤耻诲谤补产补濒补惫墨谤测补鈥�rudrasya samat膩峁� ... balav墨rye峁嘺 ... tatsama岣�) obtains the state of 莫艣vara. [He achieves this] because he [has attained] the highest state of Brahm膩鈥�.
