: Rigpa Shedra: Wikirtse gcig tu byed pa (嘟⑧京嘟亨紜嘟傕絽嘟侧絺嗉嬥綇嘟脆紜嘟栢颈嘟亨綉嗉嬥綌) refers to 鈥渙ne-pointedness鈥� (then one attains some stability through applying the antidotes for distraction). It represents one of the 鈥�Nine Ways of Resting the Mind鈥� which are known in Tibetan as sems gnas pa'i thabs dgu. These are taken from Maitreya鈥檚 Ornament of Mahayana Sutras (惭补丑腻测腻苍补蝉奴迟谤腻濒补峁卥腻谤补).
