ṭyܻ岹 (कोट्यर्बुद) refers to “billions� (of moons), according to the Kularatnoddyota, one of the earliest Kubjikā Tantras.—Accordingly, “The Will, inherent in the essential nature of the transcendent, the imperceptible, supreme and supremely blissful Lord, shone forth. God, aroused by his own will, fashioned a supreme body (for himself). That (body) possessed every limb and was endowed with the previously (stated) attributes (of deity). Shining like billions (ṭyܻ岹) of moons, it (was) an immense and marvellous mass of energy. [...]�.
