: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationñԲǰ첹 (ज्ञानलोक) is the name of a region situated beyond the Karmaloka region, as defined in the Śivapurāṇa 1.17. Accordingly, “[...] the Bindurūpa is beneath that point and Nādarūpa is beyond. The Karmaloka is beneath that point and ñԲǰ첹 is beyond that. Obeisance which is beyond that point quells pride and egotism. The word jan means evanescence, na is a negative particle. The word ñԲ, therefore, means that which wards off evanescence. Those who worship elements hover beneath that point. And those who worship spiritual things go beyond that point. [...]�.
