What then is the subjugation of the works of Māra? That by means of which none of Māra can find a weak point in the Bodhisattva. [...] (19) being angry about immoral beings (ḥśīl) is the work of Māra; (20) not respecting (ܰ) one who maintains the morality is the work of Māra; (21) conformity to the training of disciples is the work of Māra; (22) conformity to the way of isolated Buddhas is the work of Māra; [...]�.

Mahayana (महायान, mahāyāna) is a major branch of Buddhism focusing on the path of a Bodhisattva (spiritual aspirants/ enlightened beings). Extant literature is vast and primarely composed in the Sanskrit language. There are many ūٰ of which some of the earliest are the various Prajñāpāramitā ūٰ.
