Explanation in English from Ācārya Pūjyapāda’s Sarvārthasiddhi:

The next ūٰ describes the differences in the characteristics of the Ծ첹 deva.

Owing to the fruition of the life-karma (ḥk) acquired, the soul’s association with the body in a particular birth is called the lifetime (). Capacity to inflict pain or confer benefits to others is the influence (). Enjoyment of sensuous pleasures is happiness (sukha). The splendour of the body, the dress and the ornaments constitute brilliance (dyuti). The thought-colouration (ś) has already been explained (see explanation to ūٰ 1-8, p. 18). The purity of thought-colouration is ś屹śܻ. The capacity and scope of the senses is Իⲹṣaⲹ and the capacity and scope of the clairvoyance is 󾱱ṣaⲹ. The Ծ첹 deva higher and higher up are superior in regard to all these ascpects.
