K膩th膩sarits膩gara is an exhaustive work of Indian fairy tales and it
gives ample references towards musical instruments. In his article.
'Music in K膩th膩sarits膩gara of Somadeva' Dr.C.S.Sundaram, enlists that
mention is made of several kinds of drums such as Dindima (XII x.82
