13. Cowdung-Products of the cow as ‘վ�

All the powers, the Power of վ alone is known as Śپ.

վ is dependent on the three ҳṇa (rhythm (Sattva), mobility (Rajas) and inertia (Tamas) and the three ҳṇa are likewise dependent on վ.

The triad of ҳṇa is alone the cow. The auspicious cow dung became the վ. The urine of the cow is likewise said to be the 貹Ծṣa. Looking upon the cow, cow dung and urine as the triad of ҳṇa, վ and the 貹Ծṣa respectively, one should thereafter prepare Bhasma. The Calf of the cow is of the character of the ṛt, and the dung dropped by it one should likewise use in making ashes.[1]
