The main aims and objectives of the present study are the following�

� To identify the family status, status of women, marriage systems etc. It will also look into the beliefs and superstitions relating to women, households, child and crops.
� To investigate the food habit and dresses and ornaments used at that time.
â€� To find out the modes of worship and mythology relating to various gods and goddesses in this ±Ê³Ü°ùÄåṇa.
� To understand the importance of Yoga in life.
