[antarbahi岣� sthitacakra dvayasya adhi峁ａ弓膩tri 艣补办迟颈]
艢补办迟颈, in individual form (惫测补峁ａ弓颈艣补谤墨谤补) of manifestation, is the commander through the vowel 鈥�i鈥� (辫谤补办腻艣补肠补办谤补). In the aggregate form (蝉补尘补峁ａ弓颈艣补谤墨谤补) she commands the sense of the same vowel. Thus in both inner and outer embodiments[1] she rules in her vowel (鈥�i鈥�) which equals the creative aspect starting from 腻-腻谤补 and 墨-kara of 碍丑补峁囜笉补肠补办谤补. Thus she commands the 厂惫补谤腻迟尘补办补 and Arth膩tmaka Rucicakras.
