अहंभावस्� देहेऽस्मिन्निःशेषविलयावध� �
सावधानेन युक्तात्मा स्वाध्यासापनयं कुरु � २८� �ahaṃbhāvasya dehe'sminniḥśeṣavilayāvadhi |
sāvadhānena yuktātmā svādhyāsāpanaya� kuru || 284 ||284. Until the identification with this body is completely rooted out, do away with thy superimposition with watchfulness and a concentrated mind.
