Commentary
[By P. 5.1.117, the suffix can come only when the agent of the action of befitting is an action and not a substance. So we cannot have it in r膩j膩nam arhaty etad 惫腻蝉补岣� = 鈥榯his dress befits a king鈥�, r膩j膩nam arhaty e峁 kama峁囜笉alu岣� = 鈥榯his water-jug befits a king鈥�, because what is intended cannot be conveyed.]
