Commentary
[It has already been said at the time of the explanation of the doctrine of vivarta (sambandha-蝉补尘耻诲诲别艣补, 81 with Hel膩r膩ja鈥檚 commentary) that it is the sequenceless, the causeless and the ineffable which is born. The same is true of destruction also.]
Thus, the birth, continued existence and the decay of objects are due to Time.
Another circumstance which enables us to infer Time is now going to be mentioned.
