Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English translation of verse 3.8.34:

सर्वरूपस्य तत्त्वस्� यत� क्रमेणेव दर्शनम� �
भागैरि� प्रक्लृप्तिश्च ता� क्रियामपरे विदु� � ३४ �

sarvarūpasya tattvasya yat krameṇeva darśanam |
bhāgairiva praklṛptiśca tā� mapare vidu� || 34 ||

34. The manifestation of the All-inclusive principle, as though with a sequence and as though with parts, this has been said to be action by others.

Commentary

[Brahman which is beyond all diversity and differentiation has all powers within it and can manifest itself in all forms. Under the influence of its ٲԳٰⲹ-śپ or , it presents itself in a sequence and that is action. Under the influence of Dikśپ, it brings about divisions of space. Thus though it is indivisible, it appears to have temporal and spatial divisions. Birth and death arc temporal divisions and are the basis of all action. Thus is a vivarta of Brahman. In the previous stanza, it was presented as a 貹ṇām of the Բ [Բ?].]

Now, the ٳ屹ٲ of the author of Nirukta is concluded (see stanza 23).
