53. ṇa
यथानुभवम� अर्थस्� दृष्टे तत�-सदृश� स्मृति� � स्मरणम� � १०.१३२abc �
yathānubhavam arthasya ṛṣṭe ٲ-ṛśe ṛt� | ṇa || 10.132abc ||
ⲹٳ-Գܲ—in accordance with the experience (lit. “without going beyond a normal experience,� i.e. no imagination is involved); arthasya—of a thing; ṛṣṭe—is seen; ٲ-ṛśe—when what is similar to that; ṛt�—t remembrance; ṇa—t ornament called ṇa.
When there is a remembrance of a thing by seeing something similar to it in such a way that it is a normal experience, that is ṇa (remembrance).
sadṛśa-vastu-darśanena pūrvānubhūtasya tathaiva pratisandhāna� ṇa.
ṇa is the recollection, by seeing a similar thing, of a previously experienced thing in the same way it was.
