उदाहरणम्,
भाग्यैर् भूम्या भवान� प्राप्तो भवता महित� मतिः |
मत्य� मुमुक्षु-शरणं चरणं मु�-वैरिणः ||
ܻṇa,
bhāgyair bhūmyā bhavān prāpto bhavatā mahitā mati� |
matyā mumukṣu-śaraṇa� caraṇa� mura-vairiṇa� ||
This is an example. [A poet speaks to īṣa[1] :]
You were obtained by the Earth because of much good fortune. An honorable determination was obtained by your good self. And ṛṣṇa’s feet, the shelter of those who seek liberation, are obtained by determination.
Commentary:
According to ʲṇḍٲ-Ჹ Բٳ, -ī貹첹 should be counted as a variety of the 屹ī ornament (modified series) (10.215).[2]
This is his example of -ī貹첹,
āsvadena raso rasena kavitā kāvyena vāṇ� tayā
lokāntaḥkaraṇānurāga-rasika� sabhya� sabhā cāmunā |
Բ-岹ⲹԲ-Ჹī-īūṣa-
kṣoṇ�-nātha tayā bhavāṃ� ca bhavatā bhū-maṇḍala� bhāsate ||“O king, O cloud who rains nectar on the world scorched by the fire of poverty! The rasas are resplendent by being relished. Poetry is resplendent with the rasas. Speech is resplendent with poetry. A cultured enjoyer loved by all is resplendent with speech. An assembly is resplendent with a cultured enjoyer. You are resplendent with an assembly. And the Earth is resplendent with you� (Rasa-ṅg, KM p. 328).
