Treatment for fever (124): Tryahikari rasa
One part each of mercury, sulphur, realgar, and orpiment, four parts of ativisa, two parts of iron, and half a part of silver are to be rubbed together with the juices of bark of nimba and leaves of aparajita, and made into pills, three raktis in weight, each.
