This verse is quoted in 痴墨谤补尘颈迟谤辞诲补测补 (R膩jan墨ti, p. 19), which adds the following explanation:鈥斺�楯ust as the earth supports all sorts of beings, animate and inanimate, high and low,鈥攕o also does the king protect all men, those who are capable of paying taxes as well as the poor and the distressed; and this is called his 笔腻谤迟丑颈惫补-惫谤补迟补鈥�.
