啶啶� 啶い啷� 啶膏ぞ啶о啶い啷� 啶曕ぞ啶班啶 啶むい啷� 啶むじ啷嵿ぎ啶苦啶多啶班啶粪啶犩ぎ啷佮啷嵿く啶む 啷� 啷ㄠク啷� 啷�te峁 te峁 tu k峁泃ye峁 tat tada峁単a峁� vi艣i峁ate |
yena yat s膩dhyate k膩rya峁� tat tasmi峁兣況e峁ａ弓hamucyate || 297 ||Each 鈥榣imb鈥� is particularly qualified for the fulfilment of a distinct purpose; and hence each is declared to be the most important in reference to that purpose which is fulfilled by its means.鈥�(297)
Medh膩tithi鈥檚 commentary (manubh膩峁a):
There is nothing that is not helpful to the King; there may he some purpose that is served by an inferior agent, and not by a superior one. Hence every one of the 鈥榗onstituents鈥� should be carefully attended to; that is, the People should not he harassed by unfair punishments, and they should be always guarded against robbers and other dangers.
Thus it is that the present section is connected with the subject of the 鈥楻emoval of Thorns.鈥欌��(297)
