तयोर्नित्य� प्रतीघाते नृपतिर्यत्नवान� भवेत� � २२� �

prakāśametat tāskarya� yad devanasamāhvayau |
tayornitya� pratīghāte nṛpatiryatnavān bhavet || 222 ||

Gambling and Betting are open theft; the King shall always be careful in suppressing them.�(222)
