Medh膩tithi鈥檚 commentary (manubh膩峁a):
In the aforesaid manner the king who completes all the 鈥�business鈥� relating to the Nonpayment of debts and the rest,鈥�i.e., carries them to their end,鈥攔emoves all kinds of sin, and attains 鈥�the highest state鈥� secured by him, in the shape of Heaven and Liberation.鈥�(420)
