When he is tired with looking after the affairs of his subjects, he shall depute to that work of 鈥榣ooking after affairs鈥� a minister who is endowed with the knowledge of law and other qualifications, and is fit for bearing all responsibilities.鈥�(141)
Explanatory notes by Ganganath Jha
Buhler attributes the reading 鈥�艢腻苍迟补尘鈥�, for 鈥�辫谤腻箩帽补尘鈥�, to Medh膩tithi; but there is nothing in 叠丑腻峁补 itself to justify this conclusion.
