kule mahati sambh奴t膩峁� h峁沝y膩峁� r奴pagu峁嚹乶vit膩m || 77 ||Having occupied it, he shall wed a wife of the same caste as himself, who is equipped with auspicious signs, born in a noble family, charming, and possessed of beauty and excellent qualities. (77)
Medh膩tithi鈥檚 commentary (manubh膩峁a):
鈥�Having taken up his residence in it鈥欌�攖he said palace鈥攈e should, for the purpose of helping himself, marry a wife from some 鈥�noble family鈥�; such an alliance being conducive to his welfare.
鈥�Of the same caste as himself &c.鈥攚hat is meant by all this has been already explained before (3.4).
鈥�Charming鈥欌�� pleasing; endowed with brightness and loveliness of complexion.
鈥�Beauty 鈥欌�� of good bodily shape.
鈥�Excellent qualities鈥欌�� speech, conduct and so forth.
