Medh腻tithi鈥檚 commentary (尘补苍耻产丑腻峁补):
鈥�In anger鈥欌赌�i.e., in a fit of wrath; not in joke; and 鈥�intentionally.鈥�
鈥�膧箩腻迟颈鈥� is janma, birth; the initial 鈥�腻鈥� being meaningless; just as in the term, 鈥�pralambate, the initial 鈥�pra鈥� is meaningless.
鈥�Sinful wombs鈥欌赌攖he wombs of sinful beings, i.e., the lower animals, whose life is full of suffering.
To say nothing of more painful objects, by striking even by a straw, the man suffers the pangs of hell for a long time.鈥�(166).
