Medh膩tithi鈥檚 commentary (尘补苍耻产丑腻峁补):
鈥�Without cause鈥欌赌�i.e., except when called upon to scratch them.
鈥�His cavities鈥欌赌攖he eye, &c.,鈥攈e shall not touch.
鈥�Secret鈥欌赌攕ituated in the arm-pits and over the generative organs.
鈥�He shall avoid鈥欌赌�i.e., the touching mentioned before. A new verb has been used for the purpose of filling up the metre. Others say that the new verb shows that what is prohibited is the looking at the hairs.鈥�(144)
