Medh膩tithi鈥檚 commentary (尘补苍耻产丑腻峁补):
The author states the result of the prohibitive injunction just put forward.
鈥�笔补峁卥迟测补鈥� means 鈥榯hose who are worthy of the line;鈥攖hose who are not so, are 鈥�补辫补峁卥迟测补;鈥� the 鈥�yat鈥� affix being added by virtue of the term 鈥�辫补峁卥迟颈鈥� occurring in the 鈥�诲补峁囜笉腻诲颈鈥� group.
The results that accrue, from giving to such persons, to the giver,鈥攁ll that I am going to describe; do listen with attention.鈥�(169)
