The Garga-samhita Verse 2.1.47, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 1 (Description of the Entrance in Vrindavana) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

गच्छन्तं वारि-वृन्देशु
भगवन्त� रमेश्वरम�
दंष्ट्राग्रे शोभिता पृथ्वी
प्रा� देवं जनार्दनम�

gacchanta� -vṛndeśu
bhagavanta� rameśvaram
daṃṣṭrāgre śobhitā ṛtī
prāha deva� janārdanam

󲹲Գٲ�going; -ṛnś�in the waters; 󲹲Գٲ�the Lord; ś�the master of the goddess of fortune; 岹ṃṣṭrof His tusk; on the tip; śDz󾱳�splendid; ṛtīthe earth; said; 𱹲�to the Lord; Ჹ岹Բ�who saves the living entities from distress.

English translation of verse 2.1.47:

Glorious on the tip of His tusk, the earth spoke to the Supreme Person, the goddess of fortune's husband and the deliverer from sufferings, as He traveled through the waters.
