The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.9.179, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 179 of Madhya-khanda chapter 9—“The Lord’s Twenty-One Hour Ecstasy and Descriptions of Shridhara and Other Devotees� Characteristics�.

যে গঙ্গ� পূজহ তুমি, আম� তা’র পিতাসত্য সত্য তোমারে কহিল এই কথা� � ১৭� �
ये गङ्ग� पूजह तुमि, आम� ता’र पितासत्य सत्य तोमारे कहिल एइ कथा� � १७� �
ye gaṅgā pūjaha tumi, āmi tā’ra pitāsatya satya tomāre kahila ei kathā� || 179 ||
ye ganga pujaha tumi, ami ta’ra pitasatya satya tomare kahila ei katha� (179)
English translation:
(179) “I am the father of the Ganges, whom you regularly worship. This is the truth I am telling you.�
