Only 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍鈥檚 pure devotees can understand this 艣补办迟颈 and her strength and activities. Those whose minds are contaminated by dry knowledge can never understand her.

艢谤墨 Gopa-办耻尘腻谤补 might ask, 鈥淲hat is the nature of this 艣补办迟颈? How does such variegatedness arise through her?鈥�
Addressing this, 艢谤墨 狈腻谤补诲补 speaks this verse beginning with 蝉腻. He says, 鈥淥nly 艢谤墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍鈥檚 pure servants who are endowed with unalloyed devotion can understand her and her indescribable activities. Those whose minds have become polluted due to contact with knowledge arising from 诲耻峁ａ弓补-苍测腻测补 (faulty logic) cannot understand the truth of that potency through argument.鈥�
In verse 165, when explaining that 艢谤墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍鈥檚 different forms are simultaneously one and many, 艢谤墨 狈腻谤补诲补 had said, 鈥�durvitarky膩 hi 蝉腻 艣补办迟颈岣�鈥搕hat potency is certainly inconceivable.鈥� 艢谤墨 狈腻谤补诲补 wanted to clearly establish that variegatedness in the material and spiritual realms is very difficult to understand. Therefore, according to uktapo峁-苍测腻测补 (the logic of repetition), in order to emphasize this subject matter, he is repeating it even though it has already been discussed before. These principles are so difficult that one will not understand them unless he hears them repeatedly.
