By the influence of the instructions of 尘补丑腻-产丑腻驳补惫补迟补 艢谤墨 Gurudeva, and by the power of service to the mantra he gave me, my desire to directly see my worshipable Deity鈥檚 lotus feet never left me.

艢谤墨 Gopa-办耻尘腻谤补 says, 鈥淭hat abode of liberation was capable of making one forget everything. However, due to the mercy of the lotus feet of 艢谤墨 Gurudeva and by the influence of service to the mantra given by him, my desire to see the lotus feet of my worshipable Deity, 艢谤墨 惭补诲补苍补-驳辞辫腻濒补, did not go away. Therefore, although I stayed there in order to obtain the topmost position, just as I had done in the other realms, I nevertheless remained detached as always.鈥� He explains this in three verses beginning with 艣谤墨尘补苍-尘补丑腻产丑腻驳补惫补迟补. 鈥淒ue to the instructions of 艢谤墨 Gurudeva and the influence of chanting the mantra given by him, my ardent longing to directly see my worshipable Deity, 艢谤墨 Madana-驳辞辫腻濒补, never disappeared.鈥�
