How great is the fortune of 惭补丑腻谤腻箩补 Ugrasena? 艢谤墨 狈腻谤补诲补 clarifies this in these two verses beginning with bho. 鈥淥 Honorable Lord, please show mercy upon Me. Being pleased with Me, please hear Me out. I am your humble servant鈥︹�� 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 Himself is addressing 惭补丑腻谤腻箩补 Ugrasena like this.
For example, in the 艢谤墨mad 叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补m 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 requests 惭补丑腻谤腻箩补 Ugrasena to accept the throne by saying (艢谤墨尘补诲-叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补尘 or 叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补 笔耻谤腻峁嘺 10.45.14):

艢谤墨 Uddhava replied (艢谤墨mad-叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补m or 叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补 笔耻谤腻峁嘺 3.2.22):

ti峁ａ弓han ni峁峁囜箛a峁� parame峁ａ弓hi-dhi峁ａ箛ye nyabodhayad deva nidh膩rayeti鈥淥 Vidura, 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺, in spite of being 艢谤墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 Himself, accepted the servitorship of 惭补丑腻谤腻箩补 Ugrasena. By thinking about it, even the hearts of servants such as me also become pained. Alas, is this a matter of ordinary sorrow?鈥�
惭补丑腻谤腻箩补 Ugrasena is sitting on the royal throne and 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 is standing in front of him. Not only this, after first addressing him with an honorific title like "O Lord, please hear Me鈥�," 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 then presents His speech to him. Here 艢谤墨 狈腻谤补诲补 has made use of the word bhavadbhyo. In other words, he is describing the glories of 惭补丑腻谤腻箩补 Ugrasena alone. However, why does He use the plural case? 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺 uses it due to the propriety of giving honor towards everyone, or else to refer to all the Y膩davas.
鈥淭herefore, what to speak of offering obeisances to you, I also offer obeisances to all those great personalities who are related with you.鈥� Or else, these words culminate in the glories of 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍. Therefore, 艢谤墨 狈腻谤补诲补 concludes with bhavat sambandhine nama岣� (obeisances to your relations), after visibly offering obeisances to 艢谤墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺.
