Only 艢r墨 叠谤补丑尘腻 was aware of the order of the Lord which appeared in his heart in 蝉补尘腻诲丑颈 as a divine etherial voice and, by manifesting that prominent order, he satisfied the demigods.

It may be said that such activities as the arcana of 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 never goes in vain. Therefore, 艢r墨 狈腻谤补诲补 says, 鈥淭his is a fact. Although the prayers unto Him may be most important, nevertheless it is not easy to please Him. Therefore, it is impossible that such prayers shall be answered quickly.鈥� 艢r墨 狈腻谤补诲补 explained this in the previous verse, and now he is discussing how 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 is rarely achieved.

艢r墨 叠谤补丑尘腻 heard 艢r墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍鈥檚 voice in 蝉补尘腻诲丑颈 and spoke these words to the demigods (艢谤墨尘补诲-叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补尘 or 叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补 笔耻谤腻峁嘺 10.1.22-25):

鈥淥 demigods, I have heard the order of 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍. You should stop all commotion, listen and soon follow His orders. (Saying this, 艢r墨 叠谤补丑尘腻 narrated the subsequent words of 艢r墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍.) Even before your request the Supreme Person, 艢r墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍, knows about the lamentation of the goddess of Earth. (Here the word 笔耻谤耻峁�a is used for 艢r墨 K峁�irodaka艣ay墨, indicating 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺.)

鈥淵ou should all take birth in the dynasty of the Yadus in the form of their sons and grandsons. Moreover, as long as that 笔补谤补尘别艣惫补谤补 (艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺) manifests personally and sports on the earth for removing the burden of the earth through His 办腻濒补-艣补办迟颈 (His potency of time), until then all you (the demigods along with K峁Ｄ玶odaka艣膩y墨 痴颈峁ａ箛耻) should also stay in the Yadu dynasty. The Supreme Person (艢r墨 碍峁涐梗峁嘺) shall soon appear in the house of 艢r墨 Vasudeva. To please Him, even the wives of the demigods would also take birth on the Earth. The plenary portion of that 艢r墨 痴腻蝉耻诲别惫补, the thousand-headed, fully independent Anantadeva would also appear for the pleasure of 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍. 叠丑补驳补惫补迟墨 痴颈峁ａ箛耻m膩y膩, the illusory potency of 痴颈峁ａ箛耻 who bewilders the world, will also appear by the order of 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 in the womb of 艢r墨 驰补艣辞诲腻 by her plenary portion to perform given tasks.鈥�

艢r墨 叠谤补丑尘腻 understood this order of 艢r墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 during his trance in his heart only by the inspiration of the function of his intelligence. By controlling the external senses, simply by focusing the mind, he received this order in the form of a voice from the sky. However he did not have the 诲补谤艣补苍补 of the speaker. 叠谤补丑尘腻 granted happiness to all demigods by manifesting that most confidential order which he had received in the form of a divine channeling.
