Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 1.4.92:

śrī-nārada uvāca

uttiṣṭhottiṣṭha tat tatra gacchāva satvara sakhe || 92 ||

Śī said: Ah, friend, what to speak of ǻ, even in ղṇṭ such opulence and sweetness is not found. Therefore, “Get up, get up; let us go to the abode of the ṇḍ!"

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

Due to excessive concern he is using the avyaya or indeclinable . “Ah, friend, why are you speaking about ǻ? In other words, this variegatedness of great opulence (śⲹ) and sweetness (ܰⲹ) did not manifest in ǻ or even in ղṇṭ. Therefore, ‘get up, let us go at once to the house of the ṇḍ, that is, to ٱ, or to the capital of the ṇḍ, Haṣṭināpura. For this very reason, with great insistence, he says ‘get up, get up twice.
