The Brihad-bhagavatamrita Verse 1.4.85, English translation, including commentary (Dig-darshini-tika): an important Vaishnava text dealing with the importance of devotional service. What more can we say about the 产丑补办迟补-惫腻迟蝉补濒测补 mood of the Lord? 艢谤墨 贬补苍耻尘腻苍 began to address out of loving astonishment, 鈥淥 Grand Master, 闯补驳补诲墨艣惫补谤补! What other activities do you perform other than charioteer? Aho, out of a tender, singular affection You become completely overcome by Your devotees! Before the devotees Your independence cannot stay, and You act according to the will of the devotees.
By Your own divine lips You have said (艢谤墨mad-叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补m or 叠丑腻驳补惫补迟补 笔耻谤腻峁嘺 9.4.63):
啶呧す啶� 啶啷嵿い-啶ぐ啶距ぇ啷�啶ㄠ 啶灌啶 啶呧じ啷嵿さ啶むえ啷嵿い啷嵿ぐ 啶囙さ 啶︵啶掂た啶�

s膩dhubhir grasta-h峁沝ayo bhaktair bhakta-jana-priya岣�I am under the control of the devotees, thus in this way I am dependent; in front of devotees My independence does not exist. Devotees are so dear that they have even taken control over My heart.
If the objection is that why does such dependent behavior by one鈥檚 beloved Lord not give sorrow to the hearts of the devotees? Therefore, he says, 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 acts in such a way to attract the hearts of the devotee. To gain the topmost 辫谤别尘腻苍补苍诲补 of devotees and be overpowered by the affection of devotees, being filled with tender love, all the activities done by 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 for His own satisfaction are not the giver of sorrow for the devotees. 艢谤墨 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 is dear to the devotees and the satisfaction of devotees is His only concern.
In the cited 艣濒辞办补 by using the word bhakta-jana-priya (鈥渢he devotee鈥檚 devotee is extremely dear to Me鈥�) in the tat-辫耻谤耻峁 or bahu-惫谤墨丑颈 compound tense, this also conveys the same meaning.
As a result, the meaning is that whatever pastimes 叠丑补驳补惫腻苍 enacts are performed for a 惫腻迟蝉补濒测补 reason towards the devotees.
In the Padma 笔耻谤腻峁嘺 艢谤墨 Bhagavan by His own divine lips says:
