In Sanskrit, and according to [Pali Text Society’s Pali-English Dictionary] in Pali (vokiṇṇa), the only meaning seems to be filled, pervaded, thoroughly mixed (with, instr.); in this sense also [Buddhist Hybrid Sanskrit], e.g. ٲśū첹ūٰ 53.21.
