󾱰ṣeٰ (सिद्धिक्षेत्�) refers to a sacred region within Nayapāla (Nepal) according to a footnote at chapter 11 of the ṭiܻ-ṃh of the Śiva-purāṇa: Nayapāla is a buffer State between India and China is situated on the Himalayas. It was here that lord Śiva preached the Pāśupata-yoga. The region is sacred to Śiva and is called 󾱰ṣeٰ or Śivapīṭha. Accordingly to the same chapter, “the phallic image Paśupatīśa in the Nayapāla town famous on the earth is the bestower of the fruits of all desires�.
