: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason Birch厂补谤惫补迟腻谤补办补 (啶膏ぐ啷嵿さ啶むぞ啶班) refers to 鈥渃rossing over everything鈥� (to liberation), according to the South-Indian recension of the Amanaska Yoga treatise dealing with meditation, absorption, yogic powers and liberation.鈥擜ccordingly, as 莫艣vara says to V膩madeva: 鈥淸...] T膩raka [yoga] has a form consisting of all material forms and is limited to the senses. Practiced in two ways, it is dependent on the mind [and] causes one to cross over everything (蝉补谤惫补迟腻谤补办补) [to liberation]. Having fixed the eyes on a light, [the yogin] should raise the eyebrows a little. This method of the preliminary yoga causes the no-mind state [to arise] spontaneously. [...]鈥�.
